Terms of Service
1. Introduction and acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Qrenox service provided by StellarFlow LLC, a limited liability company (LLC) registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms are supplemented by:

3. Eligibility
To use the service, you must:
- have reached the legal age of majority in your country, and be at least 18
- be authorized to enter into a binding contract on behalf of the entity you represent
- own, or be authorized to manage, the store you connect to the service
4. Service description
Qrenox provides tools to:
- receive orders from store platforms
- communicate with customers over WhatsApp to confirm orders
- generate automatic AI replies within limits the merchant sets
- coordinate shipping and track status
- manage the team and the call center
4.1 What the service does not guarantee
🔴 Important. Qrenox is an operational tool. We do not guarantee:
- a reduction in return-to-origin (RTO) rate of any specific amount
- a higher order-confirmation rate
- increased sales or profits
- delivery of any message to any customer
Results depend on factors outside our control: your product quality, your prices, your customers' behavior, and your carrier's performance.
4.2 Pilot stage
The service is at an early stage. Features, pricing and usage limits may change. We notify you of material changes in advance.
5. The account
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for the conduct of team members added to your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use
6. Subscription, pricing and payment
6.1 Plans

AI consumption is included within each plan's limits and is never billed separately.
6.2 WhatsApp (Meta) costs
WhatsApp (Meta) fees are borne directly by the merchant and are not included in the subscription fee. They are calculated according to Meta's tariff applicable in your country, which Meta may change at any time.
Meta sometimes applies a free window to certain types of conversations — such as those originating from "Click-to-WhatsApp" ads — under its own policies in effect at the time. This exemption does not cover retargeting campaigns, which remain subject to the usual fees and are borne by the merchant.
We recommend always checking Meta's official, up-to-date pricing, since Qrenox has no control over it and does not guarantee its stability.
6.3 Payment and taxes
- Payment is upfront, monthly, by bank transfer
- The subscription is activated after payment receipt is confirmed
- Prices are in Moroccan dirhams and do not include any applicable taxes
- The subscription is treated like any ordinary SaaS subscription paid directly by the merchant, with no withholding mechanism or special tax treatment on Qrenox's part
- Each party remains responsible for its own tax obligations under the law applicable to it
- Non-renewal results in account suspension
6.4 Exceeding limits
When a plan's limits are exceeded, we may notify you and ask you to upgrade, or temporarily restrict the service until you upgrade or the next cycle begins.
7. Merchant obligations
This section is fundamental. Breaching it may result in immediate suspension.
7.1 Consent and communication
You are solely responsible for obtaining your customers' consent to be contacted over WhatsApp.
You agree to:
- obtain valid, documented consent before sending any message
- fully comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Messaging Policy
- honor opt-out requests and not attempt to bypass them
- not use the service to send unsolicited messages
7.2 Content and data
- that data you upload was collected lawfully
- that product and pricing information is accurate
- that content does not violate the law or infringe third-party rights
7.3 Data protection
As the data controller for your customers' data, you are responsible for:
- the legal basis for processing it
- informing your customers how it is used
- responding to their requests regarding their rights
- complying with applicable legislation, including law 09-08 and the GDPR where applicable
7.4 Shared number quality
If using a shared WhatsApp number managed by Qrenox:
If your activity causes a drop in Meta's quality rating — due to complaints or blocks from customers — we may suspend your account immediately and without prior notice, to protect other merchants.
8. Prohibited uses
The following are strictly prohibited:
- sending marketing messages without explicit consent
- selling products or services prohibited by law or by Meta's policies
- impersonating a person or entity
- attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other merchants' data
- reverse engineering or reselling the service without written permission
- using the service for fraud or deception
- circumventing usage limits by technical means
- misusing AI to generate misleading or unlawful content
9. Third-party services
The service relies on external providers we do not control.
You acknowledge that:
- Meta may suspend or block numbers or accounts under its own policies
- Meta may change its pricing or terms at any time
- shipping or AI services may experience outages
- Qrenox is not responsible for the decisions or failures of these parties
Your obligation to comply with each provider's terms remains independent.
10. Availability and maintenance
- We make a reasonable effort to ensure service continuity, without guaranteeing any specific uptime rate
- We may perform scheduled maintenance, and notify you in advance whenever possible
- Emergency outages beyond our control may occur
⚠️ There is no service level agreement (SLA) at this stage.
11. Intellectual property
- Qrenox and all its components belong to us. The subscription grants you no ownership right, only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it.
- Your content stays yours. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- We may use your feedback and suggestions to develop the service, with no obligation or compensation.
12. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any business or technical information it learns through the contractual relationship, and not to use it for any purpose other than performing these terms.
13. Data protection
Data processing is governed by the privacy policy and the data processing agreement, which form an integral part of these terms.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- the service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties
- we bear no liability for any indirect or consequential damages, including: loss of profits, loss of opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption
- we bear no liability for decisions made by Meta, carriers, or any other third party
- we bear no liability for the outcomes of AI-generated replies, including any discounts or commitments that may result from them
- our total maximum liability does not exceed the total amounts you actually paid during the three months preceding the event
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or legal costs arising from:
- your breach of these terms
- your sending messages without valid consent
- content or data you uploaded
- your violation of third-party rights or Meta's policies
16. Suspension and termination
16.1 By us
We may suspend or terminate the account in the following cases:
- breach of these terms
- non-payment
- activity that threatens system security or service quality for other merchants
- a request or requirement from Meta or a competent authority
Suspension is immediate in urgent cases. In other cases, we give you notice and a period to correct the issue.
16.2 By you
You may terminate the subscription at any time. The account stays active until the end of the paid cycle.
16.3 Effects of termination
- access to the service stops
- data is deleted according to the periods set out in the privacy policy
- you may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination
17. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms. We notify you of material changes 30 days in advance, by email or from the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after the effective date counts as acceptance.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, the state where StellarFlow LLC was formed, consistent with the privacy policy.
19. General provisions
- Severability: the invalidity of any provision does not affect the remaining provisions
- Assignment: you may not assign your rights without our written consent
- Entire agreement: these terms, together with the referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement
- No waiver: our failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of it
- Force majeure: we bear no liability for delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
