Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This policy sets out the terms for refunding amounts paid for a Qrenox subscription, provided by StellarFlow LLC. It is read together with the terms of service, of which it forms an integral part.

2. Trial period

The trial period (14 days) is entirely free and requires no upfront payment commitment. No banking information is needed to start the trial. The refund principle does not apply to the trial period at all, since no amount is paid during it.

3. General refund principle

3.1 Criteria for "not used"

A subscription is considered unused if none of the following occurred between the payment date and the date of the refund request:

• sending or receiving any WhatsApp message through the platform
• processing or confirming any order
• any meaningful consumption of the AI services

If the service was used, even partially, within the 7-day window, the subscription is not refundable.

3.2 After the 7-day window

After 7 days from the payment date, the subscription becomes permanently non-refundable, regardless of usage level. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time (see terms of service — section 16.2), but the amount paid for the current cycle is not refunded, and the account stays active until the end of that cycle.

4. Mid-cycle cancellation

Cancelling the subscription mid-cycle does not create a right to a prorated refund for the remaining period, unless the cancellation falls within the 7-day window described in section 3 and under the same conditions.

5. Third-party costs

Amounts you pay directly to third parties — WhatsApp (Meta) fees in particular, as described in terms of service — section 6.2 — fall outside the scope of this policy and are never refunded by Qrenox, since we never collect them in the first place.

6. Service interruption

Outages or downtime may occur. As stated in terms of service — section 10, there is no service level agreement (SLA) at this stage, and we make no commitment to automatic compensation or refund due to an interruption or technical failure, regardless of its duration. We make a reasonable effort to restore the service as quickly as possible.

7. Cases where a refund is not granted

A refund request is refused in the following cases, even within the 7-day window:

• use of the service, even partial (see section 3.1)
• account suspension for breach of the terms of service
• account suspension due to a drop in Meta's quality rating caused by the merchant's activity
• requests submitted after the 7-day window has expired

8. How to request a refund

1. Email us at contact@qrenox.com with: account name, payment date, and reason for the request
2. We respond and verify eligibility within 5 business days
3. Once approved, the amount is returned via the original payment method (bank transfer), within 14 days of approval
4. If declined, we explain the reason in writing

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes apply only to future payments and are not applied retroactively to past ones.
