When volume exceeds the plan
A paid plan does not shut down your store mid-campaign.
Extra orders use the published rate, and the surcharge has a clear monthly cap.
On paid plans, service continues and the surcharge is visible before payment.
On Free and Trial, the limit blocks only new orders, never work already in the system.

What is included, and what is separate?
Your subscription covers QRENOX within the plan limits. These costs remain separate:

01Does the trial require a bank card?
No. A new account starts with 14 days, up to 300 orders, and the Growth feature set.
02What happens above the order limit?
Paid plans keep running and apply the published rate and cap. Free and Trial stop only new orders.
03Are WhatsApp and delivery fees included?
No. Meta fees and carrier fees are paid directly to the relevant service.
04Where do I choose a payment method?
After account creation, the payment page shows only the methods that are actually available.
